A: We believe in sustainability as much as we do in the beauty of nature. Our cards are made from high-quality, eco-friendly paper sourced from responsible providers. Each card not only carries your sentiments but also our commitment to the environment.

Q: Can I personalise a card with my own message?

A: Absolutely! You can personalise any card with your own message. Just type your message into the text box available on the product page before adding the card to your cart. If you have special formatting requests, don't hesitate to contact us!

Q: Do you offer custom card designs?

A: Yes, we do! If you have a specific animal, plant, or nature scene in mind, or want a completely unique poem written, reach out to us via the custom order form on our website. We love bringing your creative ideas to life! it also ensures that you really do have a one of a kind card!

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Our cards are typically prepared within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. For customers in the UK we use Royal Mail 1st class delivery. For orders  in Europe and the USA, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. International delivery times may vary. (international customers are always provided with a tracking number)

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We stand by the quality of our cards and hope you love them as much as we love making them. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange. Note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Q: Do you offer wholesale prices for bulk orders?

A: Yes, we do! Natural Notions offers wholesale pricing for bulk orders. If you are a retailer or need a large quantity of cards, please contact us for more information on our wholesale options.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email (internetional customers only). UK customers won't receive a tracking number as it sent with standard first class post to keep down the costs. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our website or directly on the carrier’s website.
